In order to secure your reservation, we would need to receive a "Booking Deposit" of 3 nights stay, plus tax. If your stay will be 3 weeks or more, or during the holiday season, the "Booking Deposit" would be 5 nights stay, plus tax. The balance of the room rate, plus tax, and a $600 security/damage deposit is due 120 days prior to check-in. Personal checks, Cashier's checks, Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover credit cards (fees apply) are accepted. |

Cleaning: We provide check in and check out cleaning. Daily cleaning can be arranged at additional expense. Cancellation Policy In order to receive any refund (including initial booking deposit) you must cancel your reservation, in writing, 150 days prior to your check-in date (3 weeks stay or longer, 180 days). Minimum Stay Policy Normally there is a minimum of 7 nights stay. Call for shorter stays. Longer minimum stay requirements may be imposed for holiday season periods. Floor Plan |
